CO-ENGINEERING AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
We work closely with customers from the earliest stages to optimise geometry, materials, manufacturability, quality and production costs, supporting the project through industrialisation, from development to series production.
INTEGRATED PRODUCTION AND FINISHED COMPONENTS
We coordinate tool design and manufacturing, fine blanking, CNC machining, grinding, Power Skiving, inspection and assembly to deliver complete components ready for integration.
QUALITY AND PRODUCTION CONTINUITY
Dimensional inspections, contact and optical measurement systems, SPC and in-house laboratories ensure repeatability, conformity and reliability, including in high-volume production programmes.
RELIABLE LOGISTICS AND DELIVERIES
Tra.fi.me’s logistics department integrates automated warehouses, traceability systems, technical packaging and delivery planning to ensure supply continuity, component protection and on-time delivery, including for high-volume production programmes.

MANAGEMENT
In compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as ESG principles, the Technical Department is responsible for conducting an in-depth feasibility analysis of customer requests for quotation (RFQs), with the aim of identifying and proposing the most effective technical and cost-efficient solutions.
Our highly specialised and dedicated engineers continuously work at the forefront of innovation to develop new solutions in tooling, equipment and manufacturing processes.
